Write to Sylovance
hello@sylovance.comOne address, read by Henrike on weekday evenings. There is no form; a few lines and two photos tell us what we need to start. What happens after that is set out step by step in the method.
Replies normally within three working days. A written quote within ten working days of the site visit.
What to Send
Five Things in the Email
- 01Where. The town or village is enough to start with.
- 02Two photos of the tree from different sides, with something in the frame for scale.
- 03A rough height. A guess is fine. "Taller than the house" is useful.
- 04The way in. Would a 72 cm machine get through your gate or side passage?
- 05Any deadline, a wedding, a sale, a builder arriving.
Parishes: the church, the number of trees, and the name of whoever holds the keys.

A note from Henrike
From 23 December to 6 January we don't climb. The saws get sharpened properly, every rope gets run through my hands metre by metre, and I go for long walks to look at trees I have no intention of cutting. Write whenever you like. I'll answer when we're back.
